ABOUT THE AUTHOR/CREATOR

Richard Johns, J.D., MBA, BS

Major, USAF Retired

Richard created this organization and website out of a passionate advocacy for those who realize that Social Security and the benefits received do not make sense in terms of maintaining a consistent level cost of living.  Changes in laws made without clearly describing the end result of the changes and their comparative impacts are disturbing to say the least.

He has taken insurance companies head-on for complicated and unfair driving monitoring apps, has pointed out to utility companies on the overly complicated electric bills, repair/renovation companies on flood damages on their bloated proposals, airline insurance reimbursement companies for intentionally ignoring coverages, household warranty companies for vague and ambiguous language, and third party household moving companies for skirting the laws.

His experiences combined with serving as a former engineer for space programs, a technical writer, research and development of space systems for the military, and legal writings and organizational formations across the country provides him the insight needed, he's the person we want.

These combined experiences make him uniquely qualified to make this movement be heard at the Congressional levels.
